Janis would like to
encourage you to take the short drive to her home studio at the north edge of
town. In this country setting you will view landscapes and still life as well
as figures and portraits in oil, pastel and mixed media. New works both big and
small are based on themes of trees, seas, and teas (cups that is). Janis has a
degree in Art Education from the University of Toronto as well as diplomas in
Creative Arts and Interior Decorating from Sheridan College. Her
work can be found in both private and corporate collections including the City
of Ottawa's collection.
